Ouzoud is a mountainous area with mild temperatures in winter and relatively warm during summer months. Comfortable outdoor footwear and outerwear that you can layer is recommended.
Q2.What Do Monkey Eat?
Please kindly note, we strongly support responsible and animal friendly tourism. In order to protect the natural environment and all its species for generations to come, we kindly advise our customers to responsibly feed local barbary monkeys. Please be aware that only natural foods are suitable for animals. Most monkeys eat nuts, fruits, seeds, palm dates and flowers. These can be purchased in the village of Ouzoud from local shops or along the way to the waterfalls. No sweets, cookies, or bread should be given to local animals.
